Several announcements have been made regarding the Warhammer franchise. Here’s a summary.
First, Complex Games and Frontier Foundry revealed Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Deathwatch, the sequel to Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters. In this brutal, turn-based tactical RPG, command the Imperium’s most elite alien-hunters. As an Inquisitor of the Deathwatch, you will shape the fate of a sector under siege from Genestealer Hivecults, Orks, T’au, and the forces of Chaos through the squads you build and the decisions you make. This new chapter builds upon the critically acclaimed first game and is a direct sequel to Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters. Broader class identity, new squad customization and composition, and a wider variety of missions and units create deeper tactical choices. New vehicles, such as the towering Redemptor Dreadnought, the agile Scout Sentinel, and the battle-hardened Leman Russ tank, offer more ways to deliver the Emperor’s will with devastating force.
