EA Motive’s Iron Man Trailer Leaks – Flight and Combat Shown for the First Time

An unfinished test trailer for EA Motive’s Iron Man game has leaked. The footage shows the suit-up sequence, high-speed flight, ground combat, and several environments.

Electronic Arts announced in 2022 that Motive Studios was developing a single-player Iron Man title, but no official gameplay has been released since then. A non-final trailer dated August 26 has now surfaced online.

The leaked video opens with a suit-up sequence reminiscent of Marvel’s films before showing Tony Stark’s flight abilities and combat system. Movement appears fast, and the player can fight enemies both in the air and on the ground.

The footage also reveals several environments and visual effects, but it is clearly an in-development build. Some textures, animations, and scenes remain incomplete, so the material should not be treated as representative of final quality.

EA and Motive Studios have not commented on the leak. However, the recent date attached to the trailer may indicate that development is progressing and that the publisher could be preparing an official reveal.

This project should not be confused with the previously leaked, canceled Iron Man game once developed by the studio behind Just Cause. Motive’s version is being created in Unreal Engine 5, following the studio’s work on the 2023 Dead Space remake.
