Square Enix And Marvel Strikes A Deal; Introducing The Avengers Project [VIDEO]

Disney’s plan continues to roll out as expected.

Marvel’s licenses aren’t just used by Telltale for their Guardians of the Galaxy game – The Avengers Project got announced yesterday, which will be the first title in a multi-game deal between Square Enix and Marvel. This game is being developed by Crystal Dynamics (the developer of the two Tomb Raider reboots) and Eidos Montreal (recent Deus Ex games), and according to the promises, it is going to feature a brand new story, plus „it will introduce a universe gamers can play in for years to come.” (Will it be an MMO…?)

However, the two parties will reveal more details in 2018 (that’s not a joke), but seeing the two studios’ recent work, we can’t wait to see what genre will be applied to The Avengers Project.
