A Streamer Passed Away During A Charity Marathon Stream

It all started with a cigarette break…

Brian „Poshybrid” Vigneault wanted to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation with a 24-hour marathon stream. After roughly 22 hours of the start, Brian decided to leave his computer for a bit for a cigarette, but he never returned. Initially, his viewers all thought he just fell asleep, but that wasn’t the case. A friend of Brian messaged him on Discord the next day – instead of the World of Tanks player, a Virginia Beach police department detective answered, who was already on the case of investigating Vigneault’s death.

The cause of Vigneault’s loss of life isn’t known yet, but one thing is definite: the 35-year-old stream‘s three children lost their father…

Rest in peace.
