Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy: Not A PlayStation 4-Exclusive After All?

Breaking boxes might not happen as a PlayStation 4-exclusive fare if we can believe PlayStation Ireland’s Twitter.

„It has been fantastic to see the excitement from Crash fans around the world following Activision’s confirmation that the N-Sane Trilogy will launch on 30th June 2017. To clarify our earlier post, it will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro first,” the accounts two Tweets read. These haven’t been deleted, so allow us to point at a word in the comment: FIRST.

As Sony doesn’t own the license (despite Activision not doing anything with it for at least 7 years by now), they aren’t the publisher, and seeing Activision, it means that Crash might just get timed exclusivity on the PlayStation 4, which would be followed by a possible port to the Xbox One, PC, and, gasp, maybe to the Nintendo Switch as well!

The twist here is that Vicarious Visions has answered a fan on Twitter in a private message in January, saying that the N. Sane Trilogy is a PlayStation 4-exclusive. Oooookay…?
