Outcast: Second Contact: Eighteen Years Of Changes [VIDEO]

1999 vs. 2017 – a comparison video between the original and the remake.

Bigben and Appeal put together a trailer where you can see the 1999 original PC-exclusive Outcast compared with the 2017 remake called Outcast: Second Contact. There are differences, of course, but that was bound to happen after almost two decades, and still, there is a noticeable chance that Second Contact will be able to keep the original’s tone and ambiance almost down to a tee. The video presents the changes in character models and environments. We’re glad there are some differences.

Outcast: Second Contact – unless it gets delayed again, as the original launch window was set to be this Spring – will launch this autumn on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
