Until then, download the client from the PlayStation Store (which requires roughly three gigabytes…). In fact, do it before May 8, as Dark Souls Remastered‘s server stress test client will be unavailable from that day!
Bandai Namco‘s UK Twitter account confirmed when the current-gen re-release of Dark Souls will become playable on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The first stress test will happen between 6 PM and 12 AM CET on May 11, followed by the second one again between 6 PM and 12 AM, on May 12. (For UK users, it’d be 5-11 PM on both days.)
It’s a decent decision, as we don’t have to wake up early in the morning to access the game, and instead, play it in the evening. A fair decision for us Europeans, isn’t it?
Dark Souls Remastered will launch on May 25 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A Nintendo Switch port will follow at a later date.
