Anthem: Electronic Arts Knows About The PlayStation 4 Issues!

Anthem is at a point where Sony had to refund the game’s price to some people… no wonder the publisher had to react!

Electronic Arts wrote a blog post, where they wrote the following: „We are currently in process of gathering information about the PS4 issues so we can determine the root cause.” If you are affected the issues, then you are encouraged to write the publisher with the version of the PlayStation 4 you played the game on (base model, PlayStation 4 Slim, PlayStation 4 Pro), your PlayStation Network ID, details about how the crash(es) happened, and if you have reported it to Sony or not. (The Xbox One is also affected, though – we wrote about it before.)

Still, let’s admit it: it’s not the most serious approach from the publisher. We’re talking about a game that Electronic Arts wants to see sell in the millions by the end of March… and with events such as the game crashing consoles, we’re doubting if BioWare‘s game can hit the target or not…

At least they noticed Anthem has a few (?) problems. Let’s hope it will not cause the ultimate death of BioWare

Anikó, our news editor and communication manager, is more interested in the business side of the gaming industry. She worked at banks, and she has a vast knowledge of business life. Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
