Mafia: Definitive Edition – Starring The Remade City of Lost Heaven [VIDEO]

2K Games is trying to keep the interest – a new Mafia: Definitive Edition trailer showcases the re-created Lost Heaven.

Mafia: Definitive Edition kicks off this month, and 2K Games is trying to keep interest with a new video that will take a closer look at Lost Heaven’s wonderfully renovated city. This recalling of the 1930s seems like a brilliant masterpiece, and the experience is further enhanced by some great lighting and weather effects.

But see it with your own eyes:

It looks good, right? We hope there will be no complaints about the performance of the game either, and this time we will get rid of the bugs of Mafia II and Mafia III as well. Didn’t you know about the arrival of Mafia: Definitive Edition?

Then check out the game’s official press release:

Part one of the Mafia crime saga – 1930s, Lost Heaven, IL. Re-made from the ground up, rise through the ranks of the Mafia during the Prohibition era of organized crime. After a run-in with the mob, cab driver Tommy Angelo is thrust into a deadly underworld. Initially uneasy about falling in with the Salieri crime family, Tommy soon finds that the rewards are too big to ignore.

  • Play a Mob Movie – Live the life of a Prohibition-era gangster and rise through the ranks of the Mafia.
  • Lost Heaven, IL – Recreated 1930’s cityscape, filled with interwar architecture, cars and culture to see, hear and interact with.
  • Re-Made Classic – Faithfully recreated, with expanded story, gameplay and original score. This is the Mafia you remembered and much more.

Mafia: Trilogy is now available for purchase on PC (via Steam), Xbox One, and PS4, giving you instant access to the Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia III: Definitive Edition. Mafia: Definitive Edition will be released on September 25, and will even be available on disc with Mafia: Trilogy. All games in the series can be purchased separately. Mafia: DE will cost $ 40, while Mafia II and Mafia III will be $ 30.

In contrast, Mafia: Trilogy is $ 60 which clearly seems like the best deal.
