Battlefield 2042 could be delayed by a couple of weeks of delays, according to multiple insiders.
There have been multiple leaks relating to the game, and some speculated the Open Beta date for 4th of October 2021, and a few about future plans relating to game modes and season passes. However, now multiple insiders have posted that the game might be delayed a couple of weeks due to feedback issued during the Alpha tests.
Jeff Grubb and Tom Henderson, both of whom have posted reliable rumours in the past, commented on that this is happening internally. The game is currently set to launch on the 11th of October 2021, but according to the rumours, it could be delayed to November of 2021.
EA still has not confirmed the date of the Open Beta for Battlefield 2042, and there is not much left from September to put a beta for such a massive game.
According to Tom Henderson, the Beta could be released on the 22nd of September, which is not facing a delay. He does that further news could be officially provided later at the end of this week.
Hopefully, the delay will not be too much, as some speculated it could be even the end of November. Time will tell, and an official statement from the developers or EA sooner or later.
