MOVIE NEWS – Arnold Schwarzenegger was involved in a car accident after a cyclist crossed into his lane. Fortunately, the latter suffered only minor injuries.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was reportedly involved in a car accident that occurred Sunday morning in West Los Angeles. According to TMZ, the 75-year-old actor was driving around town when a cyclist “suddenly swerved into his lane and made contact” with his car before he had a chance to slow down.

Three witnesses confirmed the accident. The star of the Terminator franchise – who was recently in his native Austria – spoke to a team of police officers who asked for more details about the accident.

First responders then took the cyclist to the hospital, where she was treated for minor injuries.

Media reported that the woman’s condition is stable, and she is expected to make a full recovery. The Terminator actor does not appear to be at fault in the incident; police sources told TMZ.

Following the accident, the actor took the affected bike to a local bike shop for repairs. An investigation into the matter has been launched. Although it was reportedly determined that there was nothing, the former governor of California could have done to avoid the collision. The lady cyclist swerved left in front of Arnold before he had a chance to brake. He was allegedly not going fast, which is why no significant damage was done.

The star of Conan the Barbarian is an avid cyclist and is often seen cycling around Los Angeles. When he was filming in Hungary, he appeared on more than one occasion and even visited a bicycle repair shop.
