Xbox has been attracting players for years with its excellent exclusive games, and this year will be no exception. The two new games, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II and Avowed, are guaranteed to arrive on Xbox after Starfield.
Xbox fans were already excited at the beginning of the year for the release of Starfield from Bethesda, but now they have even more reason to anticipate. Andy Robinson, owner of Video Games Chronicle, shared on the podcast that two great games are coming to Xbox this year that are guaranteed to be big hits: Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II and Avowed.
Hellblade II is being developed by Ninja Theory and is the sequel to the first game. The first game was a big success among PlayStation 4 and PC players, and now Xbox fans can be thrilled that the sequel will also be available on the Microsoft console. Avowed is being developed by Obsidian Entertainment, whose creators have also worked on Fallout: New Vegas and Pillars of Eternity.
Although the exact release date for the new games is not yet known, they are expected to debut after Starfield. Since both games are quite far along in development, players likely won’t have to wait long for their release.
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II was already visible at the Xbox Game Showcase event, and based on the gameplay video, it seems that players can expect a lot of action and excitement. The game’s creators have been very careful to make sure the game reflects Norwegian mythology and culture as accurately as possible, which is very evident in the visuals and characters.
Avowed contains even less information, but we can be sure that RPG lovers are eagerly anticipating it. Avowed is the new fantasy RPG from Obsidian Entertainment, set in the world of Pillars of Eternity. The gameplay mechanics are based on Pillars of Eternity, but with many new elements and features added.
