Assassin’s Creed Syndicate: An animated short film! [VIDEO]

Ubisoft got a very different video together for this year’s Assassin’s Creed title. This is no less than an animated short film, which was made by the director of Straight Outta Compton F. Gary Gray and the comic book artist Pop Mhan. This is an interesting team-up, but it worked out very well!

Unsurprisingly, this video takes us to the British Industrial Revolution, showing off the effects and the results of that: how the rich and the poor got divided, while the organized crime also pops up its ugly head in the city of London.
The video also shows, how Gray and Mhan got together to work for Ubisoft. We think it’s an excellent idea and more publishers should make something similar to this. For example, we’d definitely appreciate a Dishonored 2 animated short film!

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will be out on October 23 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
