Resident Evil Origins Collection – Announced, two in one [VIDEO]

In the beginning of this year, Capcom’s modernization on Resident Evil was decent, and now, 0 is being updated and 2 is in the planning stages. However, from January 19, 2016, 1 and 0 will be available together – this is the Origins Collection, which will be available in physical format too, not just digitally. It will be out on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One: the boxed copy will cost 40, while the digital one will be 20 dollars, respectively. That’s actually a quite friendly price. Don’t worry if you own a previous generation console: Origins Collection will be out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 too, as well as PC.

On top of that, it was announced that Albert Wesker will be a playable character in the remastered Zero in the Wesker Mode. Wesker will replace Billy Coen, and while he’s at it, he got a trailer to show of his skills as well.
It’s a good omen: Capcom seems to treat Resident Evil‘s earlier games quite nicely and we hope to see 0 as good, if not better, than 1’s remaster was. About 2, we’ll see about that in early 2017 or so…
