Need For Speed: Shut up and take all our DLCs! For free, no less!

Ghost Games‘ latest game, Need For Speed was just released and the reviews aren’t really… raving, to say the least. After this, it’s no surprise that the Frostbite 3-using nightly illegal racing game takes a different approach to DLCs, throwing Electronic Arts‘ money hunger away for once, having seen that in so many games.

Ghost Games wants to charge absolutely no money for the DLCs. They literally want to give everything out for free, and seeing that there isn’t even a store for that to even ask for money. That also means no microtransactions. They will start launching the free DLCs in the very near future, because the players deserve this – this was all said by Craig Sullivan, the creative producer of the game.

They should only do one thing, really: remove the online requirement, because it’s really annoying to see our game getting abruptly interrupted and booted back to the title screen just because our connection hiccups. Hopefully the devs won’t take the PayDay 2 way in the future!

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
