Last week’s most important happening in the gaming industry was obviously Hideo Kojima‘s contract ending at Konami. The next day, he announced a new partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment – Kojima‘s working on a PS4 game, which will be ported to the PC later on. Even some rival colleagues congratulated him for his new start, although it’s not known what the new Kojima Productions team is working on. (It’s probably going to be a new IP, but this is just our guess.)

At the end of the announcement video, the new logo of Kojima Productions was unveiled as well. Kojima himself wrote on his Twitter that the fans should try to make something more out of his logo. This inspired a lot of fans – the skeleton in the modern space suit is a nod from the past and the future at the same time. The fans took their time and evolved the logo of KojiPro even further.
