The Sentinel: E3 Announcement From Sony?

The EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) has caught Sony red handed with a suspicious filing for a trademark. The name is The Sentinel, with yesterday being the date of receipt…

The Sentinel was trademarked by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, which should make no sense as they have been rebranded to Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe since April 1 due to Sony reorganizing its structure… Still, it is going to be a game. But what platform is it being developed for? PlayStation 4? PS4 with PlayStation VR support? PS4 NEO? Who knows? (We cannot say Vita anymore, as Sony stopped first-party development last year, plus they don’t even manufacture PSTV’s anymore either…)

It is likely that Sony will reveal The Sentinel at this year’s E3. We are getting close to the early summer time with the ton of announcements, trailers and such. We would not want to guess what game this will be, though. Wasn’t there a puzzle game in 1986?

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
