Call of Duty 4: The Difference Nine Years Make! [VIDEO]

Call of Duty started to rake in record sales from 2007. Modern Warfare was the first title that was the same on consoles (we mean the PS3/X360 duo) as on the PC. The rumors about it getting a modern re-release were proven to be true.

Yes, the new CoD game is called Infinite Warfare. Yes, it will indeed launch on November 4. Yes, there’s also going to be a Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered, too. The twist is that you can only buy it alongside Infinite Warfare as part of (at least) the Legacy Editions. That version of CoD Infinite Warfare will cost at least 80 dollars/euros, so you’ll have to fork out extra cash to get this game.

If we compare Infinity Ward‘s 2007 original and Raven Software’s 2016 modernized adaptation (which will still be supervised by IW!), you’ll find multiple differences. The Remastered edition looks more like a remake than a remaster. The modern Modern Warfare (yes, we had to do that pun) looks more than just a port at the moment.
