Will Watch Dogs 2 Be Easier To Control?

Watch Dogs 2‘s producer talked a bit about the upcoming hack parade in San Francisco.

Dominic Guay says that one of the issues with the first Watch Dogs was the controls. In that GTA-like, hacking-based title, players weren’t always able to stay on the roads with their cars: sure, while it’s fun to drift around between two missions, but it is annoying if you run off the road and hit the concrete wall at max speed due to missing the apex.

Guay also added that he and the other devs at Ubisoft targeted easier accessibility with driving: anyone within five minutes should be able to learn the driving physics, even though different types of vehicles will have different reactions under our virtual butt to our driving style.

Hopefully, we won’t begin our November 15 (the release date of Watch Dogs 2 for PS4, X1, and PC) by running into a wall mere moments after sitting into a car for the first time in San Francisco!

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
