Kratos' Wife Will Play A Part Of God Of War's Story

We get to hear more and more details about the new God of War, thanks to its producer, Cory Barlog, who also had the same role for the second GoW title before.

In the plot, Kratos‘ family won’t be left behind. We have already seen his child in action. He’ll be able to help solve puzzles, interact with things in the environment, and we may also see him fight, judging by the E3 trailer. However, Kratos‘ wife, who we didn’t see so far, will also be a huge part of the plotline, according to Barlog.

Don’t expect the morale system to return; instead, we will see a rage meter. Kratos will be pissed if that’s needed, but he won’t use his trusty blades, as his new weapon will be an ax to crush his 100+ types of enemies. There’s also going to be a second combat system, where Kratos will be able to fight bare-fisted, resulting in more bloody executions and more violence.

We can expect Sony Santa Monica‘s game in 2017 although this PS4-exclusive has no release date yet.
