Microsoft Will Offer A Trade-In Program For The Project Scorpio

While the Project Scorpio is going to be a newer console on the market, it’s not going to act as a replacement to the Xbox One. You will be able to trade in your older console to get the new one.

In his interview with The Daily Star Dave McCarthy, Xbox Services manager has said that their aim is to make the transition between the consoles „as smooth as possible,” so the trade-in program will help the players. With the trade, you can get the newer hardware, save money, and not have the older model collect dust in your home.

Let’s hope that Sony will follow Microsoft‘s footsteps with the PlayStation 4, because the Redmond-based company’s idea is not bad. As Project Scorpio is slated for an end-2017 release, Sony still has time to create their trade-in program to get the PlayStation 4 NEO cheaper.
