PlayStation 4 Slim: Finally, It Is Announced!

Sony managed to surprise us even with the leaked console during the PlayStation Meeting.

PlayStation 4 Slim looks just like how we have seen it, but Sony pulled a shocker with the release date. It comes on September 15, and it will replace the base PlayStation 4. The price: 299 dollars, 299 euros, 249 pounds! It hits the shelves in just one week!

Another surprise – Sony doesn’t want to lag behind Microsoft with HDR. Therefore, all PlayStation 4s will support HDR with the 4.0 firmware, which is due to launch next week. Do you have a 2013 PS4? No problem, you will get that HDR-support.

The PlayStation Meeting showed off what we will play in the next months; that’s for sure.
