Alien: Isolation – Will It Get VR Support?

SEGA is thinking about Alien: Isolation entering into the world of virtual reality.

That game was one of the best recent survival horror titles in 2014, and we had a few curse words when that Xenomorph found us in the locker, which meant we died. Imagine this scenario in a VR-setting.

SEGA‘s European boss, Jürgen Post said the following in his interview with MCVUK (): „VR has caught the whole company’s attention. We have a lot of VR kits in the office and people are playing with it. We are exploring ways to release games. We’ve not announced anything, but we are very close to making an announcement. We did Alien: Isolation about three years ago on Oculus Rift, it was a demo that was bloody scary. To bring that back to VR would be a dream and dreams can come true.”

Although there is unofficial VR support for the game, Alien: Isolation would be nice on the PlayStation VR. (We’d burn that damned Xenomorph already with that flamethrower, to be honest.)

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)

PLEASE DO IT!!! I have the game on PC and PS4, but I’d buy it again just for VR support!
