Space Hulk: Deathwing mixes DOOM with Warhammer, and the result is a pleasant sight to see.
In our Terminator armor, we’ll kill our enemies (sometimes brutally) in tight corridors – if we have to go by the trailer, we may just do exactly that at a faster pace, which will likely be helping both our adrenaline levels and the ambiance. These two aspects are a good omen with most FPS games.
However, Streum On, the developer, took another step: Space Hulks are derelict, gigantic space ships, and there are probably more than one in the game too – a few horror elements might play a role in Deathwing, which could remind you of Doom 3 from 2004-2005…
How much will Space Hulk: Deathwing rip id Software’s franchise off? We’ll see the answer shortly: the game will launch on PC on December 9, followed by a PlayStation 4/Xbox One release in early 2017.
