Ubisoft’s Simple-But-Effective Idea To Get Players Back To The Division

The French company’s idea is something that they could have done earlier, though.

The MMOTPS launched roughly a year ago on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and shortly, it might get a bit more players than it usually has nowadays. The Division‘s creative director, Julian Gerighty told Game Rant that the game will receive two expansions in its second year, and better yet, they will both be free on all three platforms!

We don’t know much about these DLCs, but one of them will arrive during the summer. It will reward players for taking their time to play The Division.

„One of the biggest pieces of new content is an events structure, which will reward players for participation, completion, and competition within a playlist of activities that have a modifier. Taking a set number of activities within the game and adding a spin to them that makes players see them in a whole different light and play them in a whole different way,” Gerighty said.

They should have done these steps earlier.
