A harmless cosplaying ended up in custody for a while…

In Grand Praire, Canada, a man walked through downtown towards his tailor in cosplay. However, the local population obviously does not know the Fallout franchise. They thought that something on his back may be a bomb. What was on his back, you ask? Pringles cans painted silver…

Walking through the town ended up with the police being notified, and although he managed to get to his destination, the shopkeeper was asked to check if the cosplayer has wires on his costume. He had nothing, so he was deemed harmless… only after being taken into custody, though, just to be sure.

Asking for safety makes sense, and you can see a few images on CBC’s site where the police have a few armed members, but some images also show them laughing at the situation.

At least nobody got hurt, so the story ended happily.
