Ubisoft Opens New Studios

A European expansion is on the cards for the French company.

Ubisoft announced on their blog that they opened a new studio in Bourdeaux and Berlin. They also revealed what these two teams began doing.

The Bourdeaux-based team is going to help the other French teams so that you may see their involvement in Just Dance, Ghost Recon Wildlands or Steep. As these games are all available, they may be involved in DLC development. However, the Berlin team (which wants to expand to fifty people in a year) is working together with the Blue Byte guys and gals on an unannounced AAA project. We may just see that project revealed at E3.

Anikó, our news editor and communication manager, is more interested in the business side of the gaming industry. She worked at banks, and she has a vast knowledge of business life. Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
