PlayStation 4: The 4.70 Firmware Is Now Available!

Slowly and steadily, we are slowly turning our wheels towards the 5.00 PlayStation 4 firmware.

Attention – if you buy games from the PlayStation Store, you will be required to install the 4.70 system software update first! What other things does the new firmware fix? Quoting the changelog: „This system software update improves the quality of system performance.” Ah, the usual deal by Sony, who doesn’t tend to be a man of thousand words…

So make sure to turn on your console as soon as possible and let it update itself while you have a cup of coffee. However, we should slowly start to move towards the 5.00 update, which could be bringing some major updates in the future.

Let’s wait and see.
