However, Ninja Theory seems to have forgotten something about the system requirements for the PC port of its next game: the frame rate!

 

The Xbox studio has published the PC system requirements on Twitter, and it’s likely to be limited to 30 FPS everywhere (the limit of the Xbox series, we’ve already written about that).

 

Minimum system requirements – low graphics preset, 1080p resolution:

• Operating system: Windows 10/11 x64 (no version number)
• Processor: Intel Core i5-8400/AMD Ryzen 5 2600
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070/AMD Radeon RX 5700/Intel Arc A580
• VRAM: 6 GB
• Free storage: 70 GB, on SSD

 

Medium system requirements – medium graphics preset, 1080p resolution:

• Operating system: Windows 10/11 x64 (no version number)
• Processor: Intel Core i5-9600/AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070/AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT/Intel Arc A580
• VRAM: 8 GB
• Free storage: 70 GB, on SSD

 

Recommended system requirements – high graphics preset, 1440p resolution:

• Operating System: Windows 10/11 x64 (no version number)
• Processor: Intel Core i7-10700K/AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080/AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT/Intel Arc A770
• VRAM: 8 GB
• Free storage: 70 GB, on SSD

 

Very high system requirements – high graphics preset, 2160p/4K resolution:

• Operating system: Windows 10/11 x64 (no version number)
• Processor: Intel Core i5-12600K/AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080/AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
• VRAM : 12 GB
• Free storage: 70 GB, on SSD

And instead of the frame rate, Ninja Theory only wrote that “higher frame rates and resolutions can be achieved with [Nvidia] DLSS 3, [AMD] FSR 3, or [Intel] XeSS L3”, which is not very transparent. All three GPU manufacturers’ upscaling technologies are supported, which is good, but the frame rate should have been specified.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II will be released on May 21 for the Xbox line and PC, and will also be available on Game Pass.
