Hunt: Showdown: Crytek Goes To E3

The renamed, not really seen (known…) title will be out at E3 via Crytek, who recently had (has?) financial issues.

Crytek originally announced Hunt: Horrors of the Gilded Age three years ago as a free-to-play, third-person action game, which quickly ended up under that rug, only to be taken out of there recently. Now, as Hunt: Showdown, described as a „player-versus-player monster hunter,” is being developed by a different developer team with a new direction for the original concept. Crytek announced on its website that there will be a gameplay reveal at E3.

However, aside from a teaser video, which we showed when they revived the game, Crytek didn’t say WHICH conference would include their game in action! It may be Sony’s E3 program.

Don’t make it yet another Evolve, though…
