[E3 2017] A Way Out: EA Originals' Next Hope [VIDEO]

The next game of Josef Fares (Brothers – A Tale Of Two Sons) was revealed to the public during EA Play.

During the conference, Patrick Söderlund, Executive Vice President of EA Worldwide Studios said that Hazelight’s game is everything that EA Originals was meant to be. This program, which was announced one year ago, launched due to the success of Unravel. However, nor Fe, neither Sea of Solitude, the two confirmed EA Originals title got finished yet. The third one, A Way Out, does look promising, though.

„A Way Out is a co-op only game uniquely tailored for two players to work together no matter the situation. Through a compelling narrative, Leo and Vincent will embark on an emotional adventure, where they will live some memorable action moments that they will face together including car chases, stealth passages, melee fights, shootouts and much more,” the press release says. The game, which might be following the formula o Prison Break to a point, is meant to be played in split-screen, couch co-op ONLY, according to what we heard in the conference.

A Way Out is out in early 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
