Fortnite: Battle Royale Reaches Even Higher Numbers!

Epic Games‘ game beat PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds to the punch.

A little over a week ago, Fortnite‘s free-to-play spin-off, Battle Royale, launched on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, which is a bonus over Bluehole’s PC and in-progress Xbox One version of PUBG. When it launched, we wrote that it had a million players. Time has passed, and the results raised significantly!

On Twitter, we read that Fortnite: Battle Royale has reached 525 thousand concurrent players, as well as 3.7 million daily users by Sunday in North America, Europe, and Oceania,  combined. The result is excellent, but think about it for a moment: right now, this game is the only battle royale title on consoles, so there’s still room for more potential!

We’ll see by the time the next figures drop. The start, however, is still promising.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
