Thanks to PlayStation Underground, we can have a brief look into the second part of the trilogy.
Although we’re still roughly two months away from the launch, Spyro Reignited Trilogy doesn’t tend to be regularly shown, which was the case with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, and yet, the box breaker has become the summer hit of the PlayStation 4 a year ago, and it also recently made the jump to PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
In the video below, we can watch the Idol Springs level from Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage! (in Europe and Australia, the subtitle was Gateway to Glimmer…), and frankly, it looks like a beautiful move from the PS1 to PlayStation 4. The trilogy (containing Spyro the Dragon and Spyro: Year of the Dragon as well) is unlikely to fail.
Spyro Reignited Trilogy will launch on September 21 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We expect a PC and Nintendo Switch port as well eventually.
