Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry tries to recreate the 80’s style… but can CrazyBunch, a German developer team, succeed?

Larry hasn’t had a decent game in the past decade or so, which is sad, even though the base concept of the game isn’t complicated: take a sexually hungry character (who now grew in size – Larry isn’t small anymore), whose goal is to score with the women, all in a point-and-click genre game.

The first developer diary video has two subjects: the developers found it challenging to make Larry’s head smaller to make him look like less of a gnome than before (we wouldn’t like to comment on the subject!), and the other issue was designing a puzzle around… second-hand dildos. We wouldn’t go into the second and third episodes – we’re already close to label this news article as mature! Instead, let’s listen to the game’s main theme:

Assemble Entertainment plans to launch Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry on PC and Mac on November 7. If it could get just close to the original games’ style, quality, and humour, it could be labelled as successful…
