More Innovation In The Next PlayStation VR?

Sony might be making a new-generation PlayStation VR along with the next PlayStation console.

Jeuxvideo-Live writes about how the Japanese company has filed another patent for their next virtual reality headset: this time, they would place more sensors around the player’s head on the headset to provide a unique, perfect experience with the help of the PlayStation Camera. So, if someone doesn’t have a big head, then the PlayStation (we intentionally don’t write a number here!) could readjust the display to fit the size, and the calibration would happen before each game to give us the perfect, customised experience.

So, the PlayStation VR is more and more likely to get a new model, which is probably going to be used by the next-gen PlayStation console. Sony is likely going to release this console in 2020, especially how they confirmed to skip next year’s E3…
