Mortal Kombat 11: No Beta for the PC and the Switch!

For now, only its release on PS4 and Xbox One has been announced.

NetherRealm Studios announced, that the beta of Mortal Kombat 11 will begin on March 28. We don’t know how long it will last, but, unfortunately, it won’t be available on all platforms: only PS4 and Xbox One owners will be able to participate. That leaves out both PC and Nintendo Switch players, although the full game is scheduled to hit all four of these platforms on April 23.

If we look at the information published on its official website, “the beta will only be available on PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One and Xbox One X”. Recently it was already told by NetherRealm that in the beta of Mortal Kombat 11 the fans will be able to control one of the new characters that the video game introduces: the powerful warrior Geras.
Not long ago the first and spectacular gameplay trailer of Mortal Kombat 11 was also released, which shows in all its splendour the bloody action of the video game.

This beta won’t be available to everyone on PS4 and Xbox One either, though. In order to get in, you’ll need to pre-order Mortal Kombat 11. As an added incentive, you’ll be able to play as Shao Kahn in the full game if you pre-order. He’s one of eight confirmed playable characters so far, alongside the aforementioned Geras, who’s a completely new fighter for the series.
