A first-person cyberpunk action game, Ghostrunner – it indeed sounds something like Arcane Studios‘ series that is taking a break at the moment. (Although those games’ genre is STEAMpunk. There is a big difference. Also, we can bring Mirror’s Edge in here somewhere, too.)

The last paragraph is about the PC version, not the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports. (How fitting – they seem to have put everything on the line with this game.)
