Sony Bend Studio leaves the door more than open to a Days Gone 2 for PlayStation

Just a few days ago we told you that Sony Bend Studio is already working on its next title, Days Gone 2 on PS4 or PlayStation 5?

The original Days Gone, which was launched in the first half of 2019, has won the PlayStation game of the year award this weekend at the Golden Joystick awards, a category voted by fans and competing with titles such as Concrete Genie , MediEvil or Judgment , among others that you can read at the end of this news. He also won the prize for the best narrative.

The director of the company, Chris Reese, spoke in line with the award to make clear the intention of the team to continue working on this line for the future. “We are very passionate about what we do and, definitely, Days Gone was what we always wanted to do,” Reese confessed. “It’s a universe we want to continue giving life in the future, and explore many paths for it. So, who knows, we’ll see!”

“Winning this award is something incredible, there has been a lot of work and dedication of the team, and this is the kind of reward that serves as a payment for all this,” said the creative upon receiving the award from the public. “We see that fans have been hooked to the game, and have enjoyed the passion we have put into it … All of that is very inspiring for us.”
