Rainbow Six Siege – Free Weekend Starting Today!

Rainbow Six Siege has a free weekend that will allow players to try out the game completely free of charge.

Rainbow Six: Siege is still one of the most successful FPS games on the market, and it does not seem to be slowing down. It will be six years old, in about three months, and the latest season has just started with a new operator being added to the Attacker side. Osa has a transparent shield that can be carried by the operator or be put on the floor or into window frames.

A new update called Crystal Guard also was released two days ago, which reworks three maps and does massive balance changes to existing operators and weapons.

The free weekend will allow players to try out all the modes and every map without limitations. However, players will need to unlock operators to try them out, and they will not be accessible for free immediately during the weekend. By participating or winning matches online, players will be able to get credits that they can unlock operators for free. These unlocks will carry over to the entire game if the player decides to purchase the product after the free period ends.

There are also massive discounts available for the game, although these depend on the platform and edition the player would be buying.

This free period runs from the 9th of September 2021 until the 13th of September 2021 and available on Xbox and PlayStation consoles and PC. Here is a handy graph that shows the free weekend deadline around the world
