M. Night Shyamalan Reveals the Title and Release Date of His Next Film

MOVIE NEWS – Just three months after the success of Old, his latest thriller, M. Night Shyamalan is already working on his new film, the title and release date of which he has just revealed. According to the American media, it will be called Knock at the Cabin and released in early February 2023.

As usual, the director of The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable, known for his suspenseful stories with dizzying twists, is keeping the story of his new film to himself. He had only indicated last August that he was in the process of refining the script, which will be shorter than his previous films:

“The next one. This is the third version. The script is less than 100 pages,” he wrote on his Twitter account, sharing a photo of the famous script.

After several box-office failures in the late 2000s and early 2010s, M. Night Shyamalan has recently scored back-to-back big hits with The Visit, Split, Glass and now Old.

Old adapts a French comic book, Château de sable, by Pierre Oscar Levy (script) and Frederik Peeters (drawing). It follows the misadventures of a group of people trapped on a beach where time is running out. The children become teenagers, and the adults become old men. The countdown is on…
