The Trailer For The Animated Series Arcane Was Screened On The World’s Tallest Building [VIDEO]

MOVIE NEWS – Dubai’s character has a new look, as Riot Games has announced a special event that transcends the real world for its upcoming animated series Arcane.

Riot Games’ animated series, Arcane, which explores a corner of the League of Legends world of Runeterra, will be released on November 7 at 03:00 GMT. To mark the occasion, Riot Games has announced an RiotX Arcane event across all of its games, with players able to win a host of free rewards as well as premium Arcane themed content. And the celebration will not only take place in the digital space but also cities around the world.

Arcane on the world’s tallest building

At 828 metres tall, the Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world today, and Riot Games has dressed up this amazing structure in Arcane. A special 3-minute trailer made especially for the building was shown, which was a stunning sight to behold.

Special expo in 6 cities

Magic permeates the League of Legends world, and the scientists at Piltover, one of Arcane’s locations, have figured out how to combine technology with magic. They’ve created Hextech technology, and Riot Games is aptly named Hextech Expo. This event will take place in six major cities in the first half of November, where visitors will be able to see the company’s most significant innovations. These cities are:

  • Paris
  • London
  • London
  • London, France
  • Madrid
  • Istanbul
  • Singapore
  • Los Angeles

The release of Arcane will be preceded by the 2021 League of Legends World Championship Finals, which kick off on November 6 at 14:00, and Riot Games is preparing for that with an Arcane-themed opening.

The games spanning the League of Legends universe combined (League of Legends, League of Legends: Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, Teamfight Tactics) recorded over 180 million monthly active players in October.
