Cyberpunk 2077’s Gameplay, Graphics And Interface Will Be Improved By A New Patch

CD Projekt RED will fix several issues in Cyberpunk 2077’s new update, which were pointed out by the fandom.

While it seemed that with the latest next-gen update, we might be saying goodbye to Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt RED will try to continue supporting it in the coming months. The Polish development team is committed to bringing new expansions to the game in the near future, but in the meantime, they are continuing to improve the gameplay experience.

The new patch 1.52 for Cyberpunk 2077 has been released and is now available across all platforms, namely PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Stadia. This update fixes several bugs and errors in the RPG, especially those related to quest settings that could bother us during our adventures.

Other bug fixes are aimed at how the open world works, specifically to do with the behaviour of NPCs in and around Night City. These concerns enemies doing things they shouldn’t or traffic. Our vehicle should also stop appearing far away, and, in other gameplay aspects, bugs have been fixed in Nomad, such as cars appearing in the middle of the road.

Finally, the graphics of Cyberpunk 2077 was improved by fixes as well. Some bugs related to vegetation and weather have been fixed, as well as the strange behaviour of some objects. Changes have also been made to the interface and menus.

There are also platform-specific changes. For example, on PS5 the graphical quality of wet asphalt is improved, and on Xbox One and X|S Series, an issue with the player locking up when the controller was disconnected has been fixed. You can check out the official patch notes for more details on everything the update brings.

CD Projekt RED will continue to support the arrival of tweaks and new content for Cyberpunk 2077, but the Polish studio is already focused on a new The Witcher game. The upcoming title will enjoy a partnership with Epic Games and their Unreal Engine 5, although this agreement will not make the game exclusive to PC, at least for the time being.
