The asymmetrical multiplayer madness Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game has been announced for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

 

 

Publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment and developer Teravision Games have announced Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game, a three-on-seven asymmetrical online multiplayer game.

The IT-inspired, demonic space-clown slaughter title will be coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Steam) in the near future.

 

 

 

 

The game is, of course, inspired by MGM’s 1988 cult horror classic. If all goes according to plan, it will be released in early 2023, with several updates planned.

“Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror based on the iconic ’80s film. In the battle between Killer Klowns and citizens of Crescent Cove, team up and use your wits to harvest humans or save them from the alien invasion!”

 

 

 

 

It’s questionable how much of a horror game trying to ride the 1980s nostalgia wave can survive in the current saturated market, but one thing is for sure after seeing the trailer: the developers’ enthusiasm is unquestionable.
