Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Ubisoft Makes A Huge Plea To Prospective Players!

Ubisoft is making a big plea to gamers waiting for Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which is out this week on all platforms.

The Ubisoft team has asked fans not to reveal any spoilers about Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The game was initially scheduled for release on October 12. However, Ubisoft has surprised fans by announcing that it will be released a week earlier on October 5.

The Assassin’s Creed franchise is Ubisoft’s crown jewel, and given its success, there is always a lot of anticipation around the release of a new title.

What’s more, Ubisoft is returning to the franchise’s roots with Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which has raised expectations among gamers. The game follows the story of Basim, a thief turned Assassin who joins the Order under Roshan’s mentorship. Several theories suggest that Basim is related to one of the oldest protagonists of Assassin’s Creed, Ezio Auditore. While the veracity of these will only be confirmed when the game is made available to everyone, Ubisoft has asked fans to refrain from sharing any unmarked spoilers about the game’s story.

This message was posted on the official Assassin’s Creed account on Twitter. It reminded players of the game’s upcoming arrival and also invited others to experience the spoiler-free release. Fortunately, Assassin’s Creed Mirage has been largely spoiler-free so far. Only a few rumours and leaks have popped up from time to time. However, with the release date only a few days away, gamers may want to browse social media platforms cautiously. Spoilers could pop up at any time.

Ubisoft is bringing back fan-favourite features from older games in the franchise. For example, the Social Stealth feature. This allows players to blend in with the crowd and pass by enemies. It also brings back the classic Bench Assassination feature. This ensures that they can eavesdrop on targets undetected. Another popular feature coming is Outfit Dyeing, which was a big hit with fans when it was first introduced in Assassin’s Creed 2 and Brotherhood.

To help players relive the experience of the franchise’s very first title, Mirage will also allow players to play the game with a blue-grey filter similar to Assassin’s Creed 1.

In addition to the nostalgic features, Mirage will also be adding some new features that players are already looking forward to. One of these is the History of Baghdad feature, which will allow players to learn more about the location of Assassin’s Creed Mirage. However, players are not happy about the microtransactions in the game, which have become commonplace in today’s gaming industry.
