Another Nvidia Graphics Card Leaked, But This One Could Be Pretty Powerful!

TECH NEWS – Compared to the stripped down version of the RTX 3050 (which we guess you could call the RT 3030…), this card could be more powerful and seems to be reasonably priced, although Nvidia’s pricing is still a bit out of line…

Yesterday we wrote about a new version of the RTX 3050, which is almost two years old, but now another rumor has come from MegaSizeGPU, who wrote on Twitter that a new RTX 4080 Super (possibly RTX 4080 Ti) will arrive in early 2024. For this, Nvidia will use the AD102 GPU (the RTX 4090 is based on the AD102-300), its power consumption will be under 450W (the RTX 4090’s is that much; 380-420W is rumored for the new card), but it will be priced at the same price point as the RTX 4080 currently has.

The memory interface could be 320-bit and the VRAM size could be 20GB (the current RTX 4080 is 256-bit and has 16GB of VRAM), and given the huge gap in specs, performance, and price between the RTX 4080 and 4090, this new card could bridge the gap. The RTX 4080 Super/Ti (we’re guessing Ti, since the Super name wasn’t used by Nvidia in the Ada Lovelace generation) could be available for a suggested retail price of $1,200, but when it’s released, the regular RTX 4080 could go down to $1,000 or less.

When the RTX 4080 was launched by Nvidia, it was not welcomed by customers because the card has a bad price-performance ratio (which is still cheaper than the RTX 4090 with a recommended retail price of $1,600), but if the company that fills its pockets with its products in artificial intelligence sells a more powerful model for the same price (which could sell its products cheaper this way), then we can talk about a more correct offer.

But Nvidia is not going to lower the price. Because people will buy it anyway.
