Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: An Expanded Ending Arrives with the New Update! [VIDEO]

The latest free update has landed — if your console or PC is updating today, it’s downloading this very patch.

The Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Anniversary Update, released on October 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC, adds a brand-new game mode, an extended ending, and several exciting extras. Celebrating MachineGames’ 15th anniversary, this update introduces long-awaited features, including the New Game+ mode, where players can replay the adventure with all previously collected artifacts and unused adventure points. Once players load a completed save, they’ll unlock the mode — and finishing it rewards them with a longer, more complete post-credits scene.

The update also introduces the stylish Cairo outfit and a full-fledged language selector system, letting players freely combine nine spoken languages with fourteen text options (English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified and Traditional Chinese). On Xbox Series X and S, an energy-saving mode has been added, along with a round of bug fixes for all platforms — whether you’re playing on Sony, Microsoft, or PC hardware.

Fans can also look forward to a Nintendo Switch 2 version launching in 2026. A DLC titled The Order of Giants is already available and takes place during the events of the main campaign. Given the game’s success, it’s all but certain that Disney — which owns Lucasfilm Games and the license — has commissioned a sequel from Microsoft. The developers at MachineGames are almost certainly already cracking the whip on Indy’s next great adventure.
