The studio that developed the first two installments of Little Nightmares has started to expand the content of its new game.

Tarsier Studios is back with a new chapter of the co-op horror adventure game Reanimal. This downloadable content introduces two new characters: The Soldier and The Prisoner. They must survive the war-ravaged streets of a place they once knew, stumbling blindly down a rabbit hole that will change their lives forever. Explore previously unseen areas of the Reanimal world on foot and otherwise, and discover that while war can be hell, some experiences are even worse.

The Prisoner is the first of three pieces of Reanimal DLC. Each one continues the story of the new characters, The Soldier and The Prisoner. The creators of Reanimal introduce new stories and characters in previously unseen corners of the world. Expect unparalleled atmospheric horror and a terrifying new threat. There are new locations and unexpected twists on familiar places. It is a new chapter in Reanimal’s minimalist, interpretive narrative experience. Share the scare with Friend’s Pass!

The base game’s unsettling tale emphasizes tension and atmosphere as you join two orphans in their desperate search for hope and redemption in dire circumstances. The Reanimal: The Prisoner DLC is available to purchase for €10. The release dates for the two upcoming DLCs are not yet known, but The Prisoner was released recently and is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. The base game was released on February 13 for the aforementioned platforms, so it has almost been half a year since THQ Nordic published it – time sure flies!
