Boss Team Games and Saber Interactive have announced that they are adding another target platform for this survival horror game, which certainly won’t lack action.
Embark on a battle for survival against Hell’s armies in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival! Descend into the darkest depths of the underworld to rescue your loved one from the Cenobites’ depraved clutches. Confront your deepest fears as you battle deviant wretches, cultists, and creatures with the infernal powers of the Genesis Configuration puzzle box and an arsenal of earthly weapons.
Uncover a chilling new narrative in this iconic horror franchise as you unwittingly initiate Pinhead’s (voiced by Doug Bradley) ritual to unleash ultimate torment upon the world. We assure you: the pain will be exquisite. Harness the unique powers of the Genesis Configuration, including pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and the iconic Hell Chains, to inflict bone-breaking, flesh-searing pain—or pleasure—on your enemies. The Genesis Configuration is also instrumental in solving puzzles and transforming parts of the winding labyrinth. Take on Hell’s wretches, deviants, cultists, and its most infernal priests in an unholy war for your immortal soul. All the while, try to thwart the Cenobites’ sinister plans.
Although we already knew the release date, our outlook remains unchanged. Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is set to release on October 8 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. The Nintendo Switch 2 port is a new announcement, and this version will arrive on the same day as the others, hopefully bringing the franchise’s atmosphere to life on our screens.
In case you’ve forgotten, this won’t be a full-price game. We already reported on this back in June. Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival will cost $40, while the Deluxe Edition will cost $50 (likely the same in euros). We can safely say that this sounds extremely reasonable.
