The app-exclusive “Minecraft: The Movie” menu features unique sauces and collectible Minecraft-themed McDonald’s figures for fans

McDonald’s has long been present in the Minecraft universe in various forms—from pixel-perfect recreations of the Golden Arches and menu items to entire restaurants built block by block. Now, the restaurant chain brings the world of Minecraft: The Movie to more than 100 countries worldwide, including Hungary. This is McDonald’s first menu targeted explicitly at adult fans of games and movies, and it marks one of the largest global collaborations in the company’s history.

Starting April 4, fans can enter the world of the movie with a new menu available exclusively via the McDonald’s app, while supplies last. The offer includes exclusive McDonald’s Minecraft figurines and other themed items, including two new spicy sauces served in pixel-styled packaging.

The Minecraft meal consists of a Big Mac, 9-piece Chicken McNuggets, large fries, a large soft drink, a McDonald’s Minecraft figure, and two servings of the Nether Flame sauce. This spicy sauce, inspired by Minecraft’s Nether, contains flaming chili flakes and cayenne pepper, balanced with garlic and a touch of sweetness.

The promotion includes six unique McDonald’s Minecraft figurines inspired by classic McDonald’s characters, fan-favorite menu items, and Minecraft-style elements. Players can collect the Big Mac Crystal, Fries Helmet, Soda Potion, Winged Birdie, Grimace Egg, and Zomburglar. Here’s what each represents:

Big Mac Crystal – A radiant block mined from the sea of special sauce, glowing with melted cheese and toasted sesame seed bun.
Fries Helmet – An enchanted helmet forged from the iconic fries box, said to protect its wearer from having their last fry stolen.
Soda Potion – A fizzy concoction of mysterious flavor with unpredictable effects.
Winged Birdie – Soaring high with Elytra wings, Birdie—McDonaldland’s early bird—glides through the clouds as a rare collectible.
Grimace Egg – A magical figure inspired by Grimace, hatched from the deepest shake realms, shaped like a legendary egg.
Zomburglar – A nocturnal, burger-hunting zombie version of Hamburglar, roaming the Overworld’s biomes under the moonlight.
