Two things are sure in life: bread becoming a melee weapon if left unpacked and Rockstar Games working on a new cash-cow title for Take-Two.
The video below talks about how Grand Theft Auto Online‘s new expansion teaser had some coordinates shown by Rockstar Games. If we type them into Google Maps, then we’ll see what the developers wanted to hint at. (The online segment of Grand Theft Auto V became so successful that the devs ended up never making any single-player DLC.) The result might look harmless at first (it leads us to Virginia in the United States), but if you look more closely, you might notice something.
It looks like the roman number for six, VI, doesn’t it? It’s a harmless-looking road that Rockstar Games lead us to, and it just fuels the fire of a thing that everyone knows: they are working on Grand Theft Auto VI (which can’t be said about Red Dead Redemption: The Outlaws Collection – we recently explained what it is and why it is a hoax), they just need time, as Red Dead Redemption 2 launched in the autumn of 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, followed by a PC port in late 2019.
Thus, Grand Theft Auto VI is early in development, and it’s no wonder Take-Two and Rockstar Games don’t want to reveal it too early (which was a mistake that CD Projekt RED did – they announced Cyberpunk in May 2012. Over eight years ago! Time surely flies.)
Therefore, it’s safe to predict that Grand Theft Auto VI is in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S, with the PC port following a bit later, possibly a year after the console release.
